At Alvin, we want your home to feel perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If a piece doesn't fit your space as imagined, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Alvin account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains safe during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
